There are no hidden charges, which means you know exactly what you're paying at checkout. You can shop with peace of mind and enjoy your new items without extra worries about shipping costs.

Please note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
We are proud to serve customers across the European Union in addition to the United States. Shipping is free to both destinations and delivery times are the same regardless of location:

Just like our US orders, shipping to the European Union is completely free, regardless of order value. No additional shipping fees will be added at checkout.
Please be aware that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier schedules, and local postal services in your country. We are unable to control or predict customs clearance times.
We currently deliver to addresses within the United States and the European Union. It's important to enter your shipping address accurately at checkout so we can deliver your order without delays. Make sure all details are correct, including the postal code, house or apartment number, and any additional address lines. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delivery delays, returned shipments, or additional shipping charges.
If you realise you've entered an incorrect address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the package is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been handed over to our shipping carrier.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. With this number, you can easily track your package and view real time delivery status, so you'll know exactly when to expect your order and where it is.
Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier to scan and update the tracking information. During this period, the tracking status may show as "label created" or "awaiting pickup," which is normal.
If your tracking information has not updated for more than 7 business days, please reach out to our customer service team so we can investigate on your behalf.
We work with reliable carriers who strive to deliver your package quickly and safely. Depending on the destination and the shipping method, your order may be delivered by USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or a local postal service in your country.
If anything goes wrong with the delivery or you have any questions about the status of your package, please contact us. Our customer service team is ready to help and will work with our carrier to ensure a quick resolution.
Most carriers will attempt delivery at least once. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave the package at a safe location, with a neighbour, or at a local pickup point. A notice may be left with instructions for rescheduling delivery or picking up your package.
We reserve the right to verify shipping addresses before dispatching orders. If we are unable to verify your address or suspect a fraudulent order, we may contact you for confirmation or cancel the order and issue a refund.
We take great care in packing your order to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your package is lost, damaged, or arrives with missing items, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
When reporting a lost or damaged package, please include the following information so we can assist you as quickly as possible:
We will work with our shipping carrier to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States via USPS. Please note that delivery to these addresses may take longer than standard delivery. If your order is being shipped to a P.O. Box or military address, estimated shipping times may extend by an additional 3 to 5 business days.
During holiday seasons, promotional events, and peak shopping periods, shipping carriers may experience higher than usual volumes, which can result in longer processing and delivery times. We recommend placing orders early during these periods to ensure timely delivery.
We will do our best to communicate any expected delays on our website or through email notifications. Please keep in mind that estimated delivery dates during peak periods are approximate and may shift due to carrier capacity.
